- Includes SSN verification, credit check, Driver's License Verification, 2 year residence and employment verification.

Enhanced Background Check
- Includes SSN verification, credit check, Driver's License Verification, 5 year residence and employment verification, basic criminal check and Motor Vehicle Records.

Premium Background Check (Best Value)
- Includes SSN verification, credit check, Driver's License verification, 7 year residence and employment verification, complete criminal check, Worker's Compensation claims, and Education Verification.

We must have a signed authorization form from the person being screened in order to proceed with the order. We can not guarantee the results of any background checks / screenings. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME.
